    since this is the boat you damaged the prop/shaft/rudder on. I would simply talk to the prop shop that you will need to get your shaft from and get the same prop that was on there.

    welcome aboard based on the pics, I would also assume a total tear-down and rebuild assume $3000-$4000 for the hull restoration (assuming you do the work yourself) assume $2500 for the interior restoration (assuming you do the work yourself) assume about $1000 in other incidentals, cables, etc...

    rudders are rude

    you should have to remove the tiller arm from the rudder shaft and loosen or remove the gland nut from the packing gland and the rudder should drop out
