    welcome aboard. the only opinion we have is condition is what is most important. since we cant see the boat, we cant test drive the boat, and we cant inspect the boat. I suggest you hire a surveyor to see the boat, inspect the boat and go for a ride with you to test drive the boat.

    start with two bits of information total travel between up and down. this will be actuator stroke total weight of hard top. you will need this to determine actuator force.
