    Are you saying your power steering pump oil cap is what keeps coming off? The item in the pic is a plastic end piece which in most cases is attach next to the flame arrestor so oil fumes are pulled into the motor when running.

    If the pump housing isn't cracked or the shaft damaged, the pump can be rebuilt for about $60 and a couple hours time. Only special tool you need is a power steering type pulley puller.
