    its a $1 gasket (a pack of 6 bowl and metering block gaskets for like $10) suggest you pull the carb off and determine is it the metering block gasket or the bowl gasket.

    then you did not do a complete tune up. if your floats are saturated, they dont "float" so they cant shut off incoming fuel at a minimum you must check/set float height as part of pulling the carb apart.
