Looking at 1990 Bayliner, need advice

welcome aboard I personally would walk away for a variety of reasons. first, its a 32 year old bayliner, it will most likely need to have a full hull restoration. bayliners from the 80s thru the 90's should be avoided as they did not have the best build practices. most likely its a 3.0, and...

Are Four Winns know to have strong hulls? Installing a tower

no such thing as dry rot. there is rot that may have dried from being stored in an area where it could not continually get wet. a 1992 four winns is an OMC boat. not the most stellar build quality back then. only way to tell if you have moisture or not is a moisture meter.

    Boat cushions

    Too windy?

you have to judge for yourself, your boat, your skills, the geography of your surroundings, etc. for example, a 40km/hr gust in one location may simply knock your hat off, in other locations it may cause 1.5-2 meter swells
