    I am new to Volvo penta. I ran the motor for a while today, then drained the water so it doesn't freeze. I took a plug out of the motor block on each side and drained water out. I also disconnected a hose from the impeller on the front. Did I get all the water out?

    so...I have been thinking..if I flood the bilge in my boat for extra weight, is that a good idea? I would be thinking a few inches of water should weigh her down by at least a couple hundred pounds....

    Water dripping from circ pump

    Just like the title says, I have water dripping from my circ pump on the front of the motor. Its not a fast drip at all, and yes I have raw water cooling. What is the concerns, and what problems could be caused? Can a replacement pump wait? How long?

    rough starts

    My 2000 stingray 3.0 I/O Alpha 1 Gen 2 runs good, but when you first start it, it seems to start rough. sometimes it takes a few cranks to get it going, even if you just had her going, and it runs really rough for the first few seconds. If I give it gas when starting I don't have that issue...
