    I saw a thread recently, though I can't say how new/old the thread itself was... Anyway, in this thread the guy rebuilt the control harness on a 1977-1979 or so, maybe a 70 hp, Mercury or Mariner outboard...right down to cutting the connector open and re-soldering the wires to the pins.     Reupholstering: Snap-in cushions? Nautolex underlining material?

    Planning some reupholstering on a 1978 Starcraft 15' Trihull.
