How to Diagnose No Fuel at Carb 7.4

Engine information in my signature. I'm getting no fuel at my carb and so the engine won't start, what are my next trouble shooting steps? I did an engine rebuild. All fuel components sat for a couple years. I have the original carbs, fuel pump, and fuel lines back on. What I've done so far...

No Spark, checked battery and coil, what next?

This description is helpful. I have the bullet connectors like this describes. I'll probably text these even though I have spark just to make everything has enough voltage

No Spark, checked battery and coil, what next?

What fuse or blown component would prevent starting?

I was trouble shooting my no-spark condition on my engine and I think I blew something. I performed the following procedure to test the coil: 1) Inserted a spark plug directly into the coil wire end that would normally connect to the distributor cap. 2) Placed spark plug tip against manifold...

Assessing motor for rebuild or replacement

The background: Made a really hard stop in the boat with too many people in the back which resulted in the engine starting to make a very quiet tapping noise. Over the next 15 minutes it turned into a loud clacking noise, hard to start, and really poor power from the engine. I limped it 2 miles...
