    Okay awesome Nordin thank you. My leak seems to coming from between the spacer plate and the powerhead. Any tricks getting that off? I see about 7 or so bolts there. Also, my recirc was super dirty. Anything on that I should inspect?

    Just got the powerhead off. Sorry Nordin but I did separate the motor from the mid leg. However, the shock mounts on mine, the bolts are not vulcanized in rubber, but instead have a plate they screw into that is vulcanized. Do these gaskets need any rtv or can they just be installed dry?

    Okay cool. Yeah I also noticed water leaking from under the lower cowl area (the area that the cowl sits on) so maybe that gasket is leaking too. We will see what Nordin says but perhaps I should change it while I'm in there

    Okay well that's really good to know then. I though my motor was idling super bad, but sounds like I was setting the idle speed way too low. Still has a miss but not as bad as I probably feared. I guess a tool is only as good as the person using it lol!
