    the low pressure isnt a wiring issue. your regulator in the top of the TBI unit has debris, or your high pressure pump isnt running.

    the TBI unit IS ONLY 30 lbs. if it was in a car it would be 15psi what pressure were you looking for?

    outboards do have fuel coolers and oil coolers. however for the most part short of the Seven Marine 557/627 outboard motors, no, there isnt a heat exchanger.

    Disconnect the factory Mercruiser hypercomplexification drainage system from tbe block and manifolds, and probe the drain ports with a piece of wire

    You can't just take a GM module and plug it in. You must use the tech 2 or equivalent and initialize it to the system So if you have the Tech 2 or equivalent and can initialize the module. Then yes, it's a $200 part GM dealers will not take parts you buy from on-line GM parts warehouses...
