    If you go back and read what the 3 mechanics said about it, the engine is fine. The drill spins at 450 rpm. Trying to find out how the water is circulated for future reference. Idle speed is around 850, so the drill is spinning at less than half. And why not check the impellar? And by the way...

    I have the head off and as i spin it with a drill it only comes out at the botttom of the lower cylinder. Is there only one fresh water feed to the jackets?

    Took it to a marine mechanic, a car mechanic, and a small engine repair guy. Guess they are all wrong
