    Exhaust flapper valve OMC 3.0

    I checked my flapper valve today, and although it seems to move it is only held in place by one mounting tab. The other rubber tab seems to have rotted or burned away. I think it would be best to just rip it out at this point. I don't think it would seal much anyway.

    Does anyone know if there is an automotive part number for the points in a 1988 3.0 I have Seirra points SET part number as 18-5311, but would like to know what Delco or other points would work.

    Paint code for OMC Cobra Outdrive

    Can anyone tell me if a 1988 Cobra outdrive uses moeller 025478 (OMC Charcoal non-metalic) or 025479 (OMC Charcoal Metallic) paint? Does R-M or BASF have a paint code for the Cobra?
