    Advice on mounting spotlight

    I recently purchased s Jabsco Spotlight and was really wanting to mount it on the bow rail at the very front where it comes to a point. My problem I'm having is how in the hell do I route the wiring so that it is hidden as much as possible?

    7.4 alternator ?

    I will be replacing the stock alternator on my 290 7.4 motor. My question is will a standard 1 wire alternator do the job? I just want to ask before having to climb into the engine compartment is all.

    454 valve cover ?

    Ok as some of you probably know by now, I will be repowering my sundancer with a mildly built 454/b3 power plant. One question I have is can I sufficiently install 'tall' valve covers instead of the 'short' ones? I didn't know if I installed the tall ones if they would hit the riser or not...

    I am in the process of repowering my tired out 1990 454 with a mildly built motor, don't worry I already bought the bravo 3, 😎. I've been thinking of replacing my factory distributor with an aftermarket one. What kind of a distributor would be a good drop in replacement without any wire cutting?
