    My water tube is plastic and it had a hole melted in it, I replaced it but while lifting the unit inplace the watertube would fall out. on mine the impeller was good, I replaced it anyway. My riser and manifold had to be replaced to fix it. The circulation pump and stat were fine

    I found a longer threaded 1/4x28 Zerk at NAPA, it fit fine, Fixed!

    I see nothing melting but I can smell gas under the cover, I suppose it's gas in the carb vaporizing, I see no leaks.

    The 1/16 thread zerk hole in the axle is stripped out, I bought a press in Zerk and tool and it's too loose to stay in. Ideas?

    lowest usable Idle speed in gear, for trolling, docking, driving on a trailer. When your on the water, you have to keep your head on a swivel.

    drill a hole in the floor the same size as shop vac nozzle, stick the nozzle in there and leave it running with the hole sealed. You'll be surprised how much water it picks up if that foam is saturated.

    There are different density's of foam, there are also foams that you mix part A and b. Use a hole saw and cut holes in some of the soft parts, remove as much old foam as you can, replace it with high density foam. put a good board over the hole and the remaining soft spots. Just for a temp fix...
