    Linkage clip for a merc 4,0

    I just replaced a broken shift lever on my Merc 4.0 and everything went well except the linkage clip for the neutral safety switch broke. Does anyone know where I can get these little buggers? I have included a pic of a good one. Thanks, Brian in MI

    Dumb question where is the oil filter on a Merc 5.0?

    I have a Bayliner Classic 2450 which I got 1 year ago. When I got it the mechanic where it was stored at changed the oil. I changed the oil today and for the life of me can't find the filter! It sure is frustrating! Thanks, Brian in MI

    Lowrance Transducer help

    I just got and installed a Lowrance Hook2 7. It reads OK and slow speeds but not when I plane out. I tried using the same location from the transducer I replaced but it look like I will have to move it. I added a couple of photos and am looking for suggestions. Thanks, Brian in MI

    5.0 Game Fisher prop seal

    I have an older model game fisher air cooled 5.0. It is leaking a little gear lube from the prop hub. Does anyone know where I could find this part and is it doable without special tools? Thanks, Brian

    No right turn signal

    Trolling motor location

    I just got a 4hp Merc mounted on a bayliner classic 2450. When fully lowered the prop is not below the hull but below waterline.Does it have to below the hull? I have not put the boat in yet to test it. Should this still push me along fast enough for walleyes? Thanks, Brian in MI
