    Hello, I've been looking at a 20'CC with a 90HP OMC Outboard. The Model number is 983610, Serial J330153....Can anyone tell me what it is, year, parts availability, etc....anything good or bad? The fellow says it starts fine when cold, but is hard starting when warmed up? Thank you, Bill

    1999 johnson 115 hp - j115vlsss

    Continued from another thread. Well I found out from the owner, it is a J115VLSSS, which I guess means it's a 2000. Can someone tell me what "V" Special Gearcase means. Also since there is no "P" in the code, does that mean it isn't power trim, the owner said it was? Thanks, Bill
