    Steel , but I think that particular keyless chuck is needing a hoozle up, it should be ok as its all steel but I think its time to take it apart for a clean and debur, shame coz otherwise its a good drill .🙂

    Yeah maybe in the states but by the time I convert to NZ$ that is $95 , plus ,$50 to $75 for freight ( freight x US is probly the most expensive there is ....Italy is hight too )and Im over $150, and bought locally ......there is precious little if any to be saved . The keyless chuck on my 18v...

    You could try blasting it out with aerosol degreaser and compressed air . I used a ¼" round saw file in the chuck to make sure there were no hight spots in a Bosch drill chuck . Annoying as it usually results in gouges in the drill shank ....and then they dont fit back in the box .......and look bad

    Blue cod here is knocking on 70 bucks a kg and a fillet of cold smoked salmon about 1.5kg vacuum packed is about 50 bucks . Fillet steak is 70 bucks a kg and a 24 pack of Stella's is 63 bucks today.😬 And petrol.......😭 3 bucks a litre and climbing rapidly ( for 91)

    Yep , you may find few more like that too and whilst 1.5v seems small (its not ) they add up . while doing the test the meter is telling you the difference in potential between the two probes, ideally there would be none .

    😁 Yes ,I have two "homebuilt " trailers......and one rego.......which is a bit moot as I only rego it every couple or three years anyhow ( however long it takes them to send a letter advising me that they will de-rego it if I dont get it sorted )😆
