    Motor revs up but doesn’t go anywhere?

    Hey so I took the prop off and I put it in forward gear and when I turn the prop shaft it makes a click sound. It looks like fishing line got tangled in there too. When I put it in reverse it stays locked. Thoughts? And that’s a picture of the side of the prop with whatever numbers those are.

    It’s hard to see in the pic but it says S030563. I tried finding the year but i couldn’t find an exact match. And I also just noticed this by the propeller. Looks like it got tightened too much and broke whatever that is.

    A new driveshaft doesn’t sound cheap lol. I work everyday with the guy who sold it to me. I constantly give him **** and he seems to feel bad he offered me 100 bucks and to help me fix it.

    What do you mean easy to start using the rope? It’s electric start it doesn’t have pull start? And what u mean a spark that can jump a 3/8 gap? I just bought new spark plugs for it but didn’t do anything gap wise to them.
