    55 Scott Atwater broken tiller handle bracket

    I have a 55 Scott Atwater 5 horse. The tiller bracket casting is broken right near where the twist grip throttle gears mesh together. I understand this is a common problem with these motors. Can it be welded or does anybody have another solution? thanks
