    I have a 75 hp outboard 1980. I want to put on a temp gage. I have a gage from the same year. But I have no sender. Can I buy a universal one and use? Or can I hook it up to my heat sensor? My gage brand name I don't no but I see Q on the gage for the maker.

    I have a 75 hp from 1980. It run great but know overheat buzzer on it. So I added one. I hooked one wire to blue and one to the orange. When I try to test it I hear nothing.     not getting water out the pee hole

    I got a 75 hp chrysler. has a good impeller. I tryed muffs and a big can with water. still no water comming out. my hose has low psi so i tryed the can. but can is olny 13" deep. Is that to shalow?? Do i need to sumerge it more??? :cool:
