    tilt/trim stopped working

    trim will go down but not up

    hi i got a 1991 mercruiser 454 with a bravo outdrive. the trim will go down but will only go up when i hit the trailer switch. i jumped power to the up solenoid and it worked. does that mean the solenoid is bad

    please help engine starts and runs but will not shut off
