    Is this trailer repairable?

EZLoader does have replacement Parts, mainly for Warranty, but in your Case, just replace the Trailer. Less Headache, and might even be less expensive

There should be a Drain Screw(Hex Head with Slot) on each Carb Bowl #35. That can verify that Fuel is getting to the Carb, but doesn't mean the Fuel is getting through the Carb

Any Over-torqueing of a Tapered Fit, will ruin the Flywheel, requiring it be replaced Using an Impact for Tightening is the sign of a Bad Mechanic

    No sparking v4

I would say that using an Impact Gun in place of a Torque Wrench is not Common Sense, especially on a Tapered Fit. Overtightening will Ruin the Flywheel

If the Carb is spitting Air-Fuel out of it, then the Reeds need to be inspected. A 91, the reeds will be relatively easy to Access, as they are external to the Crankcase. Carbs have be removed first, then the Intake Covers, and then the Reed Assembly. Upon reassembly, a Link and Sync will need...

Mercury 85HP Thunderbolt Ignition Series??? Whats missing??

The 72 80hp and the 73 85hp are very different engines. They might have the same Bore and Stroke, but the Induction System is much different. Carb Calibrations would be likely different between the 4 and the 6s The 1978 and later 80hp engines are not the same as the 72 and earlier 80hp This...

1976 135HP Evinrude No gas going to spark plugs/cylinder

How to choose an old 2-stroke 150/175 Merc

Nitrous would increase the Power(Torque) at any Rpm that is utilized at. But at Rpms above the Spec Range, the Port Timing will still restrict Induction, and the Power will still be Lower than what the Peak would be. Likely Melt the powerhead too...

Help Getting Boat on EZLoader Trailer

Perhaps some Air in the Trim System. Check the Service Manual regarding Bleeding. On some, but not all, designs, just running the Pump after the Unit is at the Stops, was the way to purge Air

I can't speak for what Racer does, but I drive my Boat on to the Bunk Trailer, yrs ago when I had the Roller Trailer, I always used the Winch. Backing in too deep and you will have many problems trying to get the Boat Centered on the Trailer. I used to sit at the Launch just for the...
