    I have two older Elgin motors that are working very well. One is a 1957 12 HP and the other is a 1962 7.5 HP. Are Either of them of any special value or are they collectibles due to their age? I am planning on selling them and I don't want to miss out if they are collectibles.

    replacement carb doesn't work correctly

    I installed a new carb for my outboard. It's not working very well. What things should I check? The motor starts and idles well, but when I work the throttle, it want's to bog down. I have heard talk of adjusting the mix setting on the carb.
