    Sticky varnish removal

    Ive recently bought a boat which was built in 1983, but has been in storage for the past twelve years. It has wooden cabinetry that is coated with some sort of varnish which has gone sticky, especially if any moisture comes in contact with the surface. Is there a way to remove this stickiness?
