    Ok I got heads off totally caked with salt and sand deflectors swollen piston walls in good shape I see at the top where I think the water comes in but I also see a small round hole in the cavity does water flow thru there also

    Ok thank you I will check compression it was 120 give or take a pound on all 4 cylinders before starting when purchased but I will drop drive and check pump I did check it while in the lake it was solid the whole time maybe it is not strong enough
