    Yes, with caveat, there will be no issue so long as nothing shorts out. My guess is nothing will. You will know if there is a problem by a big a$$ spark when wires connect together, little spark is ok ;)

    Remove the breaker from wires and clean everything up and reinstall When you have breaker off and clean, put meter on ohms scale and touch one probe on each terminal. You should read 0,0 ohms Note, don't do this test with any wires connected to it

    no, red probe on one of the terminals and black probe on ground of Bat of the block Put red probe one at a time on each terminal of the breaker, they should both read the same

    Yes, to both I'm working off what you say, it leaked during priming? Not leaking when running is the way it should be, but also should not leak when priming. Note: the priming bulb will be removed when done, right?

    Assuming the primer bulb is just for testing The float level is set to high or the needle valve is not closing off the fuel when full

    Those switches go bad This is up to you, can put new switches anywhere, but I would get into handle and fix.
