    Was there ever a tank under the deck on these boats as an option? That is where it would be placed. Some leave a channel to pull wiring etc. but does not have to be wide.     I would probably go full length with the stringers and add a couple of bulkheads. In stern I would box out a splash well for a bilge pump. def. on the foam like Scott said.

    So Scott if the foam IS? structural what pound foam do you suggest? I think the layout is fine properly installed using regular foam 2#. 2# is not a Structal foam.

    Just running this by you. Just say yes please. So when you cut the closed cell foam to make level you need to seal it with poxy or else it becomes open and water loves that. Yes. looks great.

    So BTW if it's the bottom of the wood that you are bedding to the hull it doesn't need to be glassed. Just very well wetted out. If your glassing fails and bedding fails when you tab them in then you way more problems in regards to fab and install. This isn't even a conversation about overkill...
