    Removing trim senders screws

    Ime with a stuck sender mounting screw one will come out easy and the other will break off I've had some success by backing out a stuck screw a half a turn then re tightening it multiple times. Kinda slow but works 50/50 No worries on a broken screw, just drill and tap a new hole like others...

    With the engine running at around 1000 rpm the alternator should be providing near to 14.5 volts (+) to the batteries. If not there is an issue with the alternator or the associated curcuit

    Looking on epc with serial number it shows the cool fuel 3 system that has a regulator return fuel line to the water sep housing There also is a vacuum reference line from the intake manifold to the regulator. If the system is connected and sound should not the fuel pressure read well above...

    You may find an oem fuel line new, maybe Sierra sells a flexible pressure rated fuel line in 2 lengths that has the correct ends/connections in place. Plug n play

    the block has casted 880 between the welch plugs on stbd side. also the casting number above the flywheel ends with 880
