    You referenced your location as "here" a half dozen times. Where is "HERE" ? Lakes seem pretty full in the northern 2/3's of Wisconsin. Launch parking lots are often full, and lots of watercraft going in circles out on the water. Tough to fish unless you go out mid week.

    Starter appears to work fine. Engine turns over fine. Check spark on all 3 plugs. Push the throttle forward and hit the fuel enricher. Let her crank for more than one second at a time. Diagnose BEFORE spending money on parts.

    Force 120 problem

    rebuild fuel pump. Torn diaphram inside will leak fuel into crankcase and cause a rich/flooded condition.

    That should be a 1986 model. Have that serial number handy when ordering parts. And make sure they are parts for the 3 cyl 50, not the 4 cyl "classic 50", which was actually a 45hp.
