    Sold another boat today, I should say I finally got paid for a boat I sold. Gotta love family members especially when you give them a great deal. I sold my 1448 jon boat with a prop tunnel sitting on a trailer for $1000. Only 1 boat left the sell the 1957 Flying D.

    I should explain myself and my position on pontoons, I live on a lake have a dock with a pontoon and a sport boat that works for fishing or pulling a skier or a tube. Sure you can pull a skier with a pontoon but is it ideal?

    I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning, the only electric I will ever have on board is a trolling motor. Seriously though I am 55 years old I am never going to own an electric boat in my lifetime.

    If anything you should be able to register the boat as made by you making it simpler. I would not be discouraged by posters that say without paperwork the boat is a yard planter. They are basing their opinion on the laws or their experiences in the state they live in, not the state that you live in.

    I will say this the quality boats that you looked at were quickly sold, the bay liner has not, that is a sign not to be ignored.
