    First stumper... I've got these back boards in the opposite side of the driver's side and passenger side consoles. They are on there solid in the inside. How do I cut that out without going through the top of the boat?

    Here's my progress so far. I finished up the new garage. I threw my new propane heater in there and boy! Does it ever get toasty even on its lowest setting! I got all the seats out.....tore out the sides and ripped up most of the carpeting. Found a stern light in the process! Wonder if it...

    Yup..I agree. More storage would be ideal. just figured it would alleviate excess water getting under there.

    Thanks for the lesson! And I agree....Don't get why someone would put new wood in and not properly coat it. Waste of money in my opinion. didn't think about using the ski locker as storage. That's a good idea!

    I read on here in another thread I believe) that it is important to have a motor first. I do agree with your statement. By that, you mean make sure she's structurally sound and functioning?? Can't fully do that without a motor I would think.
