    Do not run motor till issues are sorted.----A cylinder starving of fuel starves a cylinder of OIL as well.

    Post the compression test values.----Are the fuel jets ( FIXED ) clean ?----Does spark jump a gap of at least 3/8" on all leads ?-----Flywheel key checked ?----Any history on this motor ?

    Was water tube installed in the exhaust housing grommet BEFORE the lower unit was installed ?

    Possibly an issue with carburetor float/s and float valves.----Too much fuel.

    Normal for a prop to turn slowly in neutral.----Has to do with the oil and the way bearings " work " with oil.

    Remove cylinder head on the one with 105 PSI.----Likely it is suffering from broken piston rings.-----Very , very common failure !!
