    Sounds like it might be running on 1 cylinder.------In reverse there is exhaust in the water and less load on the prop.-----Post compression values and check spark.

    Prop in first picture appears to have a bad hub.------Those numbers are not factory and they mean nothing.

    When I suggested 115 HP I had no idea that you have a 90 HP in tip top shape ready to bolt on !

    I can't believe this set-up won awards for innovation.----Simple is best out on the water.-----Put a 40 hp on it if you do not have 115 hp.

    Take that piece of junk out.----Rebuild the transom and hang a 115 HP outboard on it.
