    behind the carb is a plate behind that plate are reeds ... intake manifold no fuel sucked in could be CC vacum losssomewhere ( but check the delicate reeds on the failing half of the engine cc.

    coils look.. ok primary wire ( between short ones) at 1 ohm is OK from either short wire to the spring in the boot end should read 4-8 KILO ohm on the proper scale. condensers likely gone bad (small investment) . basic testing for capacitance kicks does not mean much... dead short...

    yes I saw video .. funny noise for certain ... mine always was noisy (screechy) at both max high and max low but ... that just tells me it reached it's maximum position. after my rebuild I never had trouble but it still screeches when maxed out

    well if the tilt tube is greased the T&T seals likely need servicing. on my 2005 75hp ETEC...the T&T unit needed a rebuild.(failure to raise) see utubes...someone likely done it for you to see..
