    check for movement at the end of the throttle cable when pushing throttle lever forward ... if no movement at the back end check for broken cable if throttle cable follows the forward movement of the throttle lever look for disconnected linkage to carb(s) like missing clip...

    blue green.... if yours go to the T&T motor they simply feed the motor for up or down by polarity reversal ... it won't know up from down ,tilt or trim blacks likely just go to the relays... in the drawing their are blue and green all the way to the relays.. if your's go to switches...

    exactly what I said...differently :-) still need to prime with the pump ... the tank vent being open.
