    looking at the dimensions and using the USCG/IMO formula https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CFR-2002-title33-vol2/xml/CFR-2002-title33-vol2-sec183-53.xml 11 foot length, and assuming a 3.5 foot wide transom. the max would be 5hp.

    the motor and splined output shaft would be derived from industrial, not automotive. is your wiper motors 1-speed or 2-speed. the motor may be a marinco, ongaro, or wexco from there you can find arms.

    Measure the driveshaft for the impeller. There are two different shaft diameters used. Same carb/motor/parts from 1980-1985. Both 1984 & 1985 are brown stripe. 82 & 83 we're blue stripe

    the issue is that any more than the 60 ft-lbs and you can strip the threads. more torque is required to bolt down the starter than the harmonic damper. best to not even think about turning a Chevy engine by the crank bolt.

    Most boat companies will cut corners where they can. The Upholstery Package on most boats costs almost as much as the motor/drive. so saving $1000 by using the "cheap guy" is often the MO of boat builders.

    the rubber doesnt care if you use the motor or not. it goes on calendar time or hours, which ever occurs first. usually its calendar time for example 3 years or 200 hours

    the damper torque on a Chevy engine is only 60 ft-lbs. The bolt itself is good for well over 120 ft-lbs never ever turn a Chevy engine with the nose crank. it strips the threads out of the crank requiring a new crank and yes, you can strip the tapped threads with a 3/8" ratchet. did it once...

    FWIW, the wiper arm on my boat is a Bosch, the blade is a $35 Bosch blade in a stainless roll-form. what is actually on the boat is a $6 Anco that has been spray painted with rustoleum to keep it from rusting. new blades are $9 for two

    SeaRay isnt out of business. They are also one of the very very few boat companies with a manual as linked by Scott above. most likely the wipers are Bosch or Attwood (with Attwood being a Brunswick company, i would lean toward Attwood)

    Get the adapter to blow out the system with your air compressor. Run the RV AF thru the sink and shower traps and drain the grey water tank Flush some RV AF into the black water tank
