    in 1992 the only manuals that existed were the trailer manual, the engine operation manual and the stereo manual there was a 4-page safety brochure pointing out that the pointy end of the boat was the bow and if you have a problem, call your dealer. there was a list of servicing dealers.

    may want to look for parts direct from the manufacturer. Volvo bought fuel pumps direct from Carter/airtex, and put them in a volvo only housing https://forums.iboats.com/threads/after-market-fuel-pumps.755247/ regarding the pressure regulator, pull it and check for paint clogging...

    No,. It won't open unless you idle for at least 45 minutes. And then it will only open partially for a few seconds And unless the Af was at least 180-200 degrees the thermostat would slam shut immediately and any further AF would simply go out the exhaust

    yes, if the oil level dropped too much, you would burn out the cone clutch.
