    tap the pump with the handle of a screw driver. could be something stuck. or the pump is bad. FYI, they are carter pumps that Mercruiser used.

    first, welcome aboard next, clean all your connections from the battery to the helm neutral safety switch is in the binnacle control. hope you stored the boat without fuel. if not you will be cleaning the fuel system.

    there are only two places to get your ECU reflashed. been covered on the site. need to know which ECU you have. do a search.
