    Pontoon trailer springs

pontoon trailers are different than v-hull trailers you need either a scissor or bunk trailer for the pontoon. and majority of the bunk trailers for pointoons have torsion axles. also, your 18' pontoon would not be rated for a 75hp motor

    Help identify my boat!

first, welcome aboard second, without proper paperwork, you may simply have a yard planter. before you even think of spending money on the boat, it would have to be in your name. the boat appears to have been sitting outside, the seats are shot, and my guess the transom, stringers and floor...

carb or EFI, the base engine is the base engine and not a byproduct of the induction system. its the foundation. EFI has different requirements for cams than carb. and you still have to worry about rocker arm ratios, lift, lobe separation, etc. yes, you can drop in any GM motor with a 153...

    Transporting a 20' boat on a flatbed.

buy trailer. put boat on trailer. put boat and trailer on flat bed or build cradle and secure it to flatbed, use travelift to load boat onto cradle that is secured to flatbed, use travelift to unload flatbed. I wouldnt just put a boat on a flatbed unless its a junk boat.
