    General Propeller in Bradenton is about $100 per prop for repair, whether its a re-hub or to weld on a missing blade (missing blade on a stainless prop is a bit more) considering a VP A, B, or C series props go for $600/pair, $500/pair, or $1500/pair respectively, spending $100/prop is cheap.

    start by grabbing your multi-meter. you have a bad connection somewhere you should have continuity to the battery ground on all of the black wires you should have power on all the purple wires when the key is on.
