    then you did not do a complete tune up. if your floats are saturated, they dont "float" so they cant shut off incoming fuel at a minimum you must check/set float height as part of pulling the carb apart.

    the water separating filter is a one-time use. you cant simply empty and replace.

    the anti siphon valve is the connection nipple on the top of the pickup tube.

    should not be any soft fuel line. there is the A1-15 fuel line from the tank to the filter and steel lines from the filter to the carb. you cant crush A1-15 without a vice.
