    Guessing young adult kids text back rather than call?

    I've participated in a number of interviews at my job. One thing I always ask is "What's your preferred comm method?" Too much experience with people who don't or won't read e-mails, IMs. And there is a LOT of important info. IMO, that comes down via those methods.
