    If you put marks on them you should be in the ballpark. Plenty of you tube videos out there to adjust your senders without a gauge. are your senders in okay condition?

    I put mine in the freezer before installing. Can’t hurt. no seal according to the manual. Do you have the manual? Got mine on line for 20 bucks. Best investment EVER! there’s a ton of videos out there regarding the bellows installation. Several variations on the theme.

    It’s not about your transom being rotted or not. It’s about your transom being compromised due to the stress crack in the pic. Heed Scotts #11 post. if it’s fails and your outdrive falls off, your boat is gonna sink. just my 2 cents. Good luck

    What kind of shape is the transom in? You do any core sample tests? If the floor and stringers are that bad most likely the transom is rotted as well.
