Nissan NS25C3 2 Stroke 25Hp Tachometer Installation Assistance

Yes. Sure is. If you don't have a pulser, but only an exciter, that will work fine.

Nissan NS25C3 2 Stroke 25Hp Tachometer Installation Assistance

Easy as they come. I have done them. Fun to breathe new life and accessories into vintage motors. I believe the "sender" adjusts the pulse width to work with the modern setups, since there is no longer the pulser, exciter, and alternator. The C3 only has the exciter.

Nissan NS25C3 2 Stroke 25Hp Tachometer Installation Assistance

Correct, but on "alternator-type" tachometers, the question is number of alternator pulses per revolution. Both 2- and 4-strokes of this size use "wasted spark" on exhaust, so a 4-stroke uses the same tach setup as a 2 stroke.

Does the new (2015) Tohatsu 30hp 4Str use same parts as 2014 model?

Indeed. The B was a great unit. The C is, as I said, only minor emissions (remapping of the CD) and cowling changes. Otherwise, all hard parts are identical. Actually, even the carbed A version is virtually the same, obviously aside from the fact that it was carbed.

    Nissan 2-stroke 25HP converted to 30HP timing

Diameter on these is of little influence. Pitch is the biggie. Solas props are king on these; stainless, while slipping less, usually requires less pitch, costs a fortune, and really doesn't pay. This post is half a decade old, so you should really have started a new one...

2017 Tohatsu 20 hp 4 stroke oil leak

That is a huge use of oil. Typically, 4 strokes make oil, not use it. If the oil is that clean, maybe it's LU fluid; motor oil usually gets pretty brown pretty fast. There is an oil seal at the bottom of the crankshaft, but I have never seen one leaking.
