    I went with the edelbrock and performer intake. I didn't change anything aside from choke adjustment so far. Wich hole on accelerator pump did you use. Mine was on the top hole from the box

    I think I've beat the spark plug heat range to death on other postsand the outcome was to stick with the ones that came with engine..autolight 124...I've ordered a calibration kit and will fumble my way through the process and see what happens...goal being to fatten it up

    I had that issue before I had engine rebuilt. It would push the af out of the expansion tank as if it was boiling over..however it wasn't hot...I have ordered the test kit and will check...

    I thought of that as well so I blew the the hose with my mouth...seemed clear to.me as it was easy to blow threw

    I have new clamps...it's af side...I have an expansion tank...it's doing its job from I see...I'm not sure how to tell if it's full or half system...like I say it has never done this before. It doesn't run hot...it doesn't leak....just 2 times now the hoses blew off

    Yes it does...and there is a hole in thermostat located at the top....it's never done this before

    After I installed new intake and carb I took boat out and she ran beautifully...not a single issue....next day I was running it on muffs and one of the hoses coming from thermostat housing blew off...no rhyme or reason. Temp was same as always. I suspected maybe rad cap....I changed it for a 16...
