yep. Ate on the back deck at the new house overlooking the river. Spot of country ham and a perfectly fried egg. I'll make bacon gravy for the leftover biscuits to start off our week properly.

electric. gas puts out water vapor. I had forgotten about that over the years so the cook is different. I think they make gas tops with electric ovens that seems to be where I want to go.
