    Does the power trim motor have to be bleed, I removed the gimbal housing for transom repair awhile ago. Motor engages no movement of Trim Rods.

    was the drive up or down when you removed it? There are PO check valves that could be stuck is the motor running?

    standard tube nut and standard ferrule will survive the 2900 PSI of the trim pump. the issue is, will it seat?

    I use EG on the motor side..... the Raw water side gets drained, and anodes changed every years or so.... and I live in Florida.

    early bushing is the 814640 (which you discovered was smaller) everything post DPA does not list the pivot bushings in the steering helmet/yoke. you may have to visit the dealer

    your upper gear box part number 872201 (its not the drive number) puts it post 1989. so that would be a later gear box. use your serial number of the drive for parts. https://www.volvopenta.com/shop/0
