    I would go with pop-up cleats vs folding. the small folding ones are generally for hanging fenders where the pop-up cleats are load rated.

    and the jack plate pushes the motor aft about 4-5" so that really squats the boat. I would stick with a short shaft on the boat.

    You were told wrong It didn't show more than 100 because there is no water in the block With cooling water, your exhaust temp is 200f Without cooling water, the exhaust temp is 1100f

    My guess it the CTS is reading low and the motor never gets out of cold start mode. Have you checked fuel pressure? Do you have Rinda?
