    Coils get to 150-180 degrees . To hot to touch, but their normal operating temp. Bolted to a motor in a car/truck they get over 200f

    Prybar. Then remove the rust by either: Soak in oxalic acid. Sandblasting

    The floor is the last to rot after the stringers and transom. The foam is most likely waterlogged. Surprised your boat made it 37 years.
