I have a Johnson 2004 15 hp 4 stroke model j15tEL4sr. I received it with cut wires shown in the pictures. The red/white wire runs to the starter solenoid. The red/blue and black wire are the kill switch wires. I think the black and red are for a light sensor. I touched the red/white to brown...
